Prayer to the Archangels!

Saint Michael, the Archangel, Defend us in Battle! Saint Michael is the most powerful Angel and the Guardian Angel of Christ himself. Saint Michael comes to our aid when we are most in danger into being lured by the Devil. Saint Michael which means "Who is Like God?" is our protector, he protects and guards us.

"And there was a great battle in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought, and his angels. And they prevailed not: neither was their place found any more in heaven. And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world."

Saint Michael, Pray for Us! 

Saint Gabriel, the Archangel, Protect us from Harm! Saint Gabriel an Archangel is the Messenger to God. Saint Gabriel delivered messages to Mary, Joseph, and to all of us. He was sent by God to deliver messages to Earth in several occasions. Gabriel means "God is mighty," and constantly lives up to the name by his declaration that with God Nothing is Impossible.  

“Hail, [Mary] full of grace, the Lord is with you… Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there will be no end… The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God. And behold, your kinswoman Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son; and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren. For with God nothing will be impossible.” (St. Gabriel the Archangel; Luke 1:28,30-33,35-37)

Saint Raphael, the Archangel, Watch over Us! Saint Raphael is the Archangel who is most closely linked to healing powers. Raphael's name means "God heals," and living up to his name he healed Tobit in the Book of Tobit. St. Raphael is the patron saint of travelers, the blind, bodily ills, happy meetings, nurses, physicians and medical workers.

"A king's secret it is prudent to keep, but the works of God are to be declared and made known. Praise them with due honor. Do good, and evil will not find its way to you."

Prayer to the Archangels

Heavenly Father, you have given us archangels to assist us during our pilgrimage on earth. 

Saint Michael is our protector, I ask him to come to my aid, fight for all my loved ones, and protect us from danger. 

Saint Gabriel is a messenger for the Good News, I ask him to help me clearly, hear your voice and to teach me the truth. 

Saint Raphael is the healing angel, I ask him to take my need for healing and that of everyone I know, lift it up to your throne of grace and deliver back to us the gift of recovery. 

Help us O Lord to realize more fully the reality of the archangels and their desire to serve us. Holy Angels pray for us.
