Prayer to St. Elizabeth of Hungary!

Today is St. Elizabeth of Hungary feast day, she was a Queen and a servant to the poor. She is the patron saint of bakers, countesses, death of children, falsely accused, the homeless, nursing services, tertiaries, widows, and young brides.


 How could I bear a crown of gold when the Lord bears a crown of thorns? And bears it for me! –St Elizabeth of Hungary
