Time to Cook: Personal Pita Pizza
Today it is time to cook, Personal Pita Pizza, this is a big hit in our family, got nothing to cook, this is it, it is very simple and easy to make, so here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
Serving 4, one and a half pizzas each.
1. Six Pitas
2. One whole pepper, (Green, red, yellow, any color you have available).
3. One cup and 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese, (add to your preference).
4. Tomato Sauce.
5. One cup of Fresh Spinach leaves.
6. One branch of Broccoli.
7. Italian Seasoning.
Step one: To begin preheat your oven to 350, and then place your pitas on a baking tray and put your tomato sauce on it, smearing it with a spoon.
Step two: Grate your Mozzarella cheese, you could also use already shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Step three: add the shredded cheese on your Pizzas and add the Spinach.
Step four: Clean and dice your peppers.
Step five: Clean your broccoli, and cut them off the stem.
Step six: add the peppers and broccoli to your pizzas.
Step seven: place your Pizzas in the oven for five minutes.
Step eight: after five minutes take it out of the oven with gloves, and let it cool for 2 minutes, afterwards with a pizza cutter, cut them in half.
And your done!
