Lenten Reflections: The Eighteenth Day of Lent!
Today is the First day of March, Yay, Spring is coming, and St. Patrick's day and St. Joseph's feast day, and Easter!!!!
Augustine of Hippo — 'The truth is like a lion; you don't have to defend it. Let it loose; it will defend itself.'
Then Peter approaching asked him, “Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus answered, “I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.-Matthew 18: 21-22
God of infinite love,
I thank you for this reminder of your love
and your call that we be more patient,
gentle and compassionate with others.
Here in the middle of Lent,
I turn to you to beg for your help.
Please soften my heart.
Help me to let go of judging others.
I ask you this, in Jesus' name.
Amen.
Ta, Ta for Now!
